Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be dispatched within 5-10 business days from the date of your order being placed (excluding “Out of Stocks” and “Made to Order” products. You can check the shipping schedule of these products in the product page). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or our holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Cost of Shipping will be borne by customer and it will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic shipping (within the United States) will be through UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
International shipping (outside the United States *) will be through USPS.

Our international shipping ships only to the address within the following countries.

We shall not be liable to the customer for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations under this policy in the event that such delay or failure arises from strike, lockout, or other labor dispute, riot, war, rebellion, fire, earthquake, accident, outbreak (including but not limited to COVID-19) or act of God, or any act of governmental or military authorities (foreign or domestic) or any other similar occurrence beyond the control.
*Shipping in some countries may be temporarily unavailable due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
We shall not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
All products damage or lost during shipping are covered by our transportation insurance. If you have any trouble on your products when you receive your products, contact us for confirming your availability of the transportation insurance.
Regarding damaged packaging, it is our policy that the exterior packaging is for the protection of the products inside. Therefore, for all of our products, we do not replace the packaging.
NOTICE:
We always strive to deliver orders to you in a timely manner as much as possible. However, there may be cases where manufacturing delays and other unforeseen circumstances causes the product to be shipped at a later date than what is listed on the product page. Please note that we cannot accept refunds even under such circumstances.
If a chargeback is made, we may consider it as a cancellation by customer's own accord, and there is a possibility that we may not accept any future orders from you on the Bushiroad Global Online Store.
