Returns
You are entitled to return Your Order under the condition designated in this return & refund policy.
We can only accept returns in the case of initial product defects and damages. Returns due to mistakes in the motive (including but not limited to mistake on sizing, character, illustration and so on) are unacceptable.
Regardless of the type of novelty items (including but not limited to postcards, trading cards, records, video games), we do not accept returns or exchanges for limited edition novelty items due to numerical limitation of such limited edition novelty items.
The deadline to return Your Order is 30 days from the date on which you received the Product.
Please contact us via email with your name, order number, description of the defect and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
We can only accept refunds in the case of initial product defects and damages.
Once your inquiry is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and may ask you any necessary questions for the process. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at onlineshop_global@bushiroad.com.

You will initially be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your refund is approved the cost of the shipping shall be refunded to you as well. Additionally, you will not be held liable for any further payment (such as postage) for the return of defective goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
